Information We Collect

• Service Providers. We share your information with service providers. Among other things service providers may help us to administer our website, conduct surveys, provide technical support, and find new prospective supporters.

If required by law, we will grant a request to delete information, but you should note that in many situations we must keep your personal information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for other purposes permitted under applicable law.

• Online Tracking. We do not currently recognize the “Do Not Track” signal.

• Marketing Emails. You may choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of allowing us to send free newsletters and other marketing materials to you. You can stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails that you receive. If you decide not to receive promotional emails, we may still send you service-related communications.

• Revocation Of Consent. Where we process your personal information based upon consent, you may revoke consent. Please note, if you revoke your consent for the processing of personal information then we may no longer be able to provide you services.

If an agent is submitting a request on your behalf, we may ask you to provide a signed authorization in addition to identity verification.

Children

Our websites and online services are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13 without parental consent. Children under the age of 13 should not provide their personal information to us.

Transmission Of Information To Other Countries

As a multi-national nonprofit, we transmit information between and among our affiliates. As a result, your information may be processed in a foreign country where privacy laws may be less stringent than the laws in your country. Nonetheless, where possible we take steps to treat personal information using the same privacy principles that apply pursuant to the law of the country in which we first received your information.
